In Aromatherapy we find that using less Essential Oils in a blend often leads to a better result. Essential Oils are very concentrated and a little goes a long way. However, the MLM companies cannot make money unless you are continually purchasing their oils. Therefore they insist on using high percentages and  even recommending that Essential Oils be taken internally. While there is a time and place for the internal use of Essential Oils, even the 200 hours of training that a Certified Aromatherapist goes through is not enough training to instruct others in the internal use of Essential Oils. In France, where Essential Oils are regularly prescribed for internal use, only Medical Doctors are allowed to  prescribe any use of Essential Oils. LAMMP Aromatherapy was founded to help spread knowledge of Essential Oils without the pressure of a MLM company.
